Sunlight and Ice coffee
For months, I consumed pearl extract, hoping my skin would become fairer. But yesterday, something shifted.
After making my morning coffee, I noticed the sunlight spilling onto my balcony at 10 a.m. A thought crossed my mind: What would it feel like to simply sit here, bathing in the sun, with a cup of iced coffee?
Without overthinking the UV rays, I stepped outside. I let the sunlight warm my hands and legs as I sipped my coffee. Slowly, the weight of my worries faded. It was just me, the sunlight, and the quiet comfort of iced coffee.
In that moment, I understood why Westerners love sunbathing. It wasn’t about vanity — it was about feeling alive, grounded, and present.
So today, I’ve added a new ritual to my mornings: 30 minutes of sunlight with an iced coffee in hand, welcoming the day with warmth and peace.
